do what you can to accommodate them and make them feel important \u2013 as important as they believe they are.<\/p>\n

also be user-friendly \u2013 do not make it difficult to work with you. clients don\u2019t know how smart we are. they think we are great, but they measure us by the small things \u2013 the good and the bad.<\/p>\n
