deadlines?<\/li>\n<li>how should you measure performance?<\/li>\n<li>how should you determine standards?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>embrace the future.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>take anytime, anywhere work as the new normal, not the old add-on.<\/li>\n<li>decentralize not just the office but managerial control.<\/li>\n<li>assess personnel in light of the integral importance of remote work.<\/li>\n<li>formally define your firm as a blended workplace.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>accommodate the home office. <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>people who work at home must deal with various with your firm but within their own operations.<\/li>\n<li>monitor tech developments and keep updating.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>formalize the blend. <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>redefine the firm.<\/li>\n<li>develop all-new guidelines, training procedures, policies, procedures.<\/li>\n<li>communicate what\u2019s new with personnel, candidates and clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>nurture
