  5. stop repeating the past things you are not happy about \u2013 change some things!<\/li>\n
  6. insist on having work done right the first time \u2013 it needs to become part of your culture.<\/li>\n
  7. follow your systems and procedures or change them to what you actually do.<\/li>\n
  8. recognize that the right training is a great investment.<\/li>\n
  9. identify how you would like clients to think about you \u2013 and then act that way.<\/li>\n
  10. be touchy-feely with your clients.<\/li>\n
  11. make clear communication part of your culture.<\/li>\n
  12. wow! your clients, staff, and their families.<\/li>\n
  13. understand fully that preparing taxes and offering superior client service is how you make your living and accumulate funds to secure your retirement and family\u2019s future.<\/li>\n
  14. be excited and have fun!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
