how does this attitude toward failure manifest itself? well, in business, as with life, we are taught by society that to be considered a worthy and successful human being, we must \u201cgrab for the brass ring\u201d or buy into the idea that \u201cwinning is everything.\u201d and clich\u00e9s like \u201canything other than first doesn\u2019t count\u201d are used to motivate people into obtaining \u201cthe right perspective.\u201d this has created some self-destructive and dysfunctional attitudes toward winning.
