firms\u00a0need\u00a0procedures to ensure the deletion of outdated electronic files on the network. yet only 53% do.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n this is the same as in 2017, but down from 71% reported in 2015.<\/p>\n the cpa firm management association completed its paperless benchmarking survey to find out the status of paperless office practices in accounting firms for the busy season. the survey has been conducted every two years beginning in 2003 to help identify trends in adopting \u201cless paper\u201d processes. this year, 176 firms participated. <\/i><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n roman kepczyk presents a mapcast to cpafma members outlining the results of the survey and how firms can integrate them.
