co. in lincoln, neb., urges aspiring cpas to \u201ccontinue to learn, adapt to new laws and new technologies.\u201d<\/p>\n to melissa m. wetzel, cpa, a practitioner in emmitsburg, md., it\u2019s all about \u201chard work and learning all the cpa requirements.\u201d<\/p>\n john kelly at gurman & company, pllc, in fairfax, va., urges \u201cflexibility and keeping up with education. \u201c<\/p>\n melissa hawes at miles financial management, inc., in malvern, pa., believes in \u201crelationship-building and accountability.\u201d<\/p>\n the bottom line, of course, is that you can\u2019t ignore
