in our work with managing partners, we always talk about the importance of the partners \u201cwalking together,\u201d of sharing that common vision.<\/p>\n

but if the partners are to share the vision, they have to play an active part in determining the firm\u2019s direction \u2013 and, critically, how it\u2019s going to get there.<\/p>\n
