industry relations, warns accountants about burgeoning support in congress for the <a href=\"http:\/\/beta.congress.gov\/bill\/113th\/senate-bill\/743\">marketplace fairness act<\/a>, which would\u00a0enable\u00a0state governments\u00a0to collect\u00a0sales taxes\u00a0and\u00a0use taxes\u00a0from remote retailers with no physical presence in their state.<\/p>\n<p>clients of all sizes, especially small business, will be coming to their trusted advisers for knowledge and information and hands-on help in dealing with these new taxes, austin says.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;accountants should\u00a0be on the front lines in getting information out to their clients about the act,&#8221;
