an australian colleague said he doesn’t call his clients \u201chis\u201d anymore.\u00a0 that is, he has realized something that many of us in the business are slow to accept – your clients are not your property and you do not own them.\u00a0 ouch.<\/p>\n

why do i believe this?<\/strong><\/p>\n
