      you should be clear on the responses to the above two questions. if you can\u2019t clearly articulate the reasons clients should use you and why staff would want to work for you, then why should they?<\/p>\n

      some suggested responses:<\/p>\n

      1. clients using me get a personalized service from someone that really cares, who thinks about them and looks for ways to save them taxes and make them feel more financially secure, at fees that are appropriate for what we do and the value we provide to them.<\/li>\n
