first, check to see that your pro membership is up to date<\/strong> by searching your email inbox for an email from “auto-confirm@www.g005e.com” that confirms your most recent payment within the last 30 days (if you’re on the monthly plan) or within the last 12 months (if you’re on the annual plan).<\/p>\n second, try clearing your browser’s cookies and try logging in again.<\/strong><\/p>\n in google chrome on pc or mac: <\/strong>menu > advanced > clear browsing data > all cookies and site data > delete cookies based on the time range or any other option that you’d like > click clear data.<\/p>\n google chrome on android: <\/strong>open chrome > to the right of the address more, click more (a menu that looks like three dots) > settings > privacy > clear browsing data > make your selections > check cookies and site data and uncheck all other items > clear data.<\/p>\n google chrome on ios: <\/strong>open chrome > tap the three dots in the top-right corner > settings > privacy > clear browsing data > select cookies and site data and uncheck all other items > tap clear browsing data > tap done.<\/p>\n firefox on pc or mac: <\/strong>open firefox > menu > privacy > clear your recent history > only check cookies and select the timeframe for which you’d like to delete the cookies > clear now.<\/p>\n firefox on android: <\/strong>settings > privacy & security > clear private data > select cookies & active logins > tap clear data.<\/p>\n firefox on ios: <\/strong>menu > settings > privacy > clear private data > only check cookies > clear private data.<\/p>\n safari on mac: <\/strong>preferences > privacy > manage website data > remove all<\/p>\n safari on ios: <\/strong>go to the settings menu on your device > safari > advanced > website data > tap clear history and website data.<\/p>\n forward the “auto-confirm@www.g005e.com” email to us at service-team@www.g005e.com<\/a> and we’ll get right on it.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n\n
