there’s an interesting question aside from the choices, though.
who is using nothing at all? granted the figure nearly halved – from 34.3 percent in 2020 to 19.2 percent in 2021 – but how is it that so many firms still do no videoconferencing whatsoever? they all have 50 or fewer employees and certainly solos don’t conference with themselves, but everyone could talk to clients this way. what’s not working for them?
