answer: i did not have a checklist of attributes that are looked at in evaluating staff performance, so i prepared one.

staffing is a big concern, and i believe many smaller firms settle and hire the wrong people, which i’ve written about and probably beaten to death expressing my views. however, here is a checklist that you could use as part of your input.

i entered the items as i thought of them, and not in order of importance, which each user will ascribe in their own way based upon their practice dynamics.
