the 卡塔尔世界杯常规比赛时间 practice doctor
question: my staff seems to have “wandered” away from feeling this is a firm – that we are all in this together – to becoming a bunch of people who happen to work at the same address. do you have any suggestions to get them to pull together?

answer: yes – it’s called leadership.
the boss sets the tone of any organization. i would suggest you examine your and your partners’ attitudes. somewhere along the line things something changed. try to identify when the changes occurred.
that being said, following are some things that bill hagaman, our ceo, does to create team camaraderie and a together culture.
- give immediate positive feedback. when something exceptional is done tell the staff person and thank them. then tell everyone else.
- try to catch someone doing something good – and tell them and everyone else.
- when someone gets a new client or an additional assignment from an existing client, let everyone know it and show how it was done. if multiple people were involved show how they interacted.
- growth is exciting. share info about every growth trigger – new clients, new staff, promotions, revenue growth, recruitment activities, marketing initiatives.
- share how company is doing. identify metrics that measure performance, success and growth such as employee turnover, organic growth from existing clients, special projects and billing from existing and new clients, revenues from new clients, realization and niche activities.
there are many other things – achieving a successful culture involves the communication of the integration of everything the firm does, a commitment by the firm’s leaders and a “show and tell” attitude.
note that our firm does much more, but these are some specifics that i believe any partner could easily do.
