staff at cpa firms number 352,700, up 800, or 0.2 percent for the month but down 700 or 0.2 percent for the year. they’re working half an hour less per week, 36.1 hours, down 1.4 percent for the month, but up 6 minutes or 0.3 percent for the year. they’re making 3 cents less, $27.24 per hour, down 0.1 percent for the month, but up 48 cents or 1.8 percent for the year.

tax prep

tax preparation services are at a high for the year of 95,700, up 1,900 or 2 percent for the month, but down 3,000, or 3 percent for the year.
