another year, another survey. respondents cited workflow as a problem this year, but they’re not backing it up with their dollars.

more: survey: zoom, teams top meeting choices | are you using too many monitors? or not enough? | one in four firms replaces servers by schedule | you’re probably not reading this on an ipad | 52% of firms look outside for it support | pandemic? what pandemic? | today’s top 3 problems: staffing, workflow and tech

bar chart

the 24 percent of respondents who cited workflow as a problem this year total more than the 20.3 percent who could name their workflow software, and if you toss in the “unsures” who might or might not have any, we’re still only at 25.3 percent.

some have gone the custom route, but many more (32.6%) say nope, not for us. have they tried it and been so disheartened? we’d love to know more from commenters.
